No ice fishing in this pond! Citi Pond in Bryant Park is a skating rink nestled between the buildings of Midtown Manhattan.
The always-picturesque Bryant Park is transformed into a winter playground at Christmastime, featuring an ice skating rink surrounded by inviting holiday shops and a seasonal restaurant called Celsius.

The ice skating rinks at Rockefeller Center and Central Park may be more well-known, but Bryant Park ice skating can certainly hold its own, offering a more economical skating option without sacrificing atmosphere.
The rink in Bryant Park is centrally located near many popular tourist attractions, including Times Square and the Empire State Building.
Citi Pond is very spectator-friendly. Tables and chairs are set up around the perimeter, making it easy to sit down with a cup of coffee and enjoy the festive atmosphere right alongside the rink. The nearby Holiday Shops at Bryant Park will likely tempt you with interesting gifts and goodies.
